The DHV (Deutschnationaler Handlungsgehilfenverband, or National Association of Commercial Employees) was the white collar workers' union in Nazi Germany.
The DHV leadership did not fully support the NSDAP because it didn't recognize the independence of unions. However, the DHV was anti-democratic and anti-liberal. In order to prevent the spread of social democracy, it propagated a patriotic and völkisch ethos.
*The DHV existed from 1893 - 1933, and cooperated with the Nazi Party, seeking to unite Nazism and political Catholicism.
